South Pole Worker Is Stranded After a Stroke

[unable to retrieve full-text content]Renee-Nicole Douceur suffered a stroke on Aug. 27 at the Amundsen-Scott research station. Raytheon Polar Services, which manages the station, says the Antarctic winter makes it too dangerous to fly there until Oct. 17.
